37 hours per week rotating shift pattern (6.30am - 10.00pm) including weekend working

Ormiston Sir Stanley Matthews Academy is a Good school with Outstanding Leadership and Management. In January 2013, we moved into a new building with outstanding facilities.

The Assistant Site Supervisor is responsible for a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the security, day to day running and maintenance of the premises and grounds of the school.  This includes providing an efficient and effective service, undertaking planned preventative maintenance along with reactive maintenance, to guarantee high standards of cleanliness and presentation, ensuring the academy complies with all current legislation relating to site safety and management.

You will be energetic, enthusiastic and will take great pride in how our schools look and functions.   You will be able to communicate effectively with a range of people including children, staff, parents, visitors and contractors, have an awareness of health and safety issues and will be approachable, well-motivated and be able to work on your own initiative.
