Supply Technical are currently seeking an experienced site supervisor to join the construction division of a family led main contractor based in Bedfordshire.
Our client have grown their business exponentially over the last two decades with a current turnover of GBP20m and an achievable target of GBP50m in the next 3 years. They have a vast experience in delivering refurbishments, extensions, alterations, new build, planned and cyclical maintenance projects to the value of GBP5m in London and the South East. They currently work in the commercial, residential, heritage, insurance, education, healthcare, local authority and social housing sectors.
Site Supervisor
You will be working on housing association projects, entailing painting/decorating, kitchen/bathroom installation and various other internal repair/remedial duties. Projects are generally GBP5k - GBP10k in value and 5/6 schemes are completed per week.
You will;
• Have recent, relevant experience as a supervisor within the social housing/internals sector.
• Preferably hold a valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate.
• Ideally be able to demonstrate longevity of service.
This is a permanent role.
GBP30k - GBP40k per annum (based on experience) plus van + fuel card.
