Kalcrest Site Services is already a regional market leader in Construction Recruitment and we are now expanding both our Trades and Labour and Technical Divisions further due to substantial growth.
As a Consultant you will be involved in numerous day to day tasks that require a good telephone manner, excellent administrative skills and an outgoing personality
The ideal candidate would already be engaged as a Consultant in a recruitment business ideally in construction or a related industry.
Key duties include:
- Speaking with Clients by telephone to gain registered vacancies
- Attending meetings with clients
- Interviewing Candidates in person and by telephone
- Negotiating rates of pay with candidates and Charge rates with clients
- Taking candidate references by telephone
- Identifying suitable candidates for vacancies
- Using online Job Boards
The position offers an excellent starting salary with generous monthly, quarterly and annual bonus structure, with expected first year earnings of GBP40K+ OTE.
We also offer great career prospects for the successful applicant including formal REC training and progression.
