Unit Cleaner - Eastbourne
Reports To: General Manager
General Responsibilities
To support the unit management team in the upkeep of the cleanliness standards of the inside of the unit.
To ensure that good Health and Safety procedures are enforced at all times for the protection of you, other staff and customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
To strive to constantly achieve set operational standards
To clean and maintain the standards set out in the unit cleaning procedure
To provide on-going duties under the direction of the unit's management team
To participate, support and encourage the achievement of a positive, friendly and open team atmosphere
To attend and participate in all training sessions and staff meetings as requested by the unit's management team
To take personal ownership for the achievement of all objectives agreed during appraisals or feedback meetings
To ensure personal appearance and behaviour is to company standards at all time
To take personal accountability to all company policies and procedures
To ensure that all possible steps are taken to minimise or prevent the loss or damage to company property or assets, including information
To take personal accountability for and are conversant with all statutory obligations
To ensure all provided equipment is maintained in good order and any faults are reported to the unit management team (faulty or damaged equipment should not be used)
To ensure fair and equal treatment to all individuals in line with current company policy and legislation
