FT2989 - Field Service Engineer
FINTEC recruit are looking for a Field Service Engineer. Electrician, 17th edition qualified is an advantage. This is a permanent position covering Highland & islands region. Salary circa £30,000 plus overtime available. There will be travel between sites across region and occasional visits to other company sites if required in the UK and overseas. Driving licence essential.
Role and Responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer:
- To provide a full installation, test inspection and repair of electrical system
- Maintenance and repair specialised equipment, training given
- Provide training to customers on products
- Telephone support to customers
Skills & Qualifications:
- A recognised technical apprenticeship
- Or an HNC/HND or higher in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering
- 17th Edition Test and Inspection
- A background in industrial electrical maintenance and repair, ideally experienced in service and repair in the field
- Experience in maintenance and repair of a variety electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment in a relevant industry
- PC Literacy in Microsoft Office suite
- A full driving licence
