We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Property Services Team. You will be responsible for reporting all key management performance indicators, working closely with the wider Property Services team, contractors and stakeholders to ensure the continuous improvement of our services. We expect you to be passionate about driving improvement in operational delivery and developing the customer experience across the service.
You will be responsible for providing data analysis and reporting information relating to performance, process reviews, quality assurance, customer surveys and customer experience. You will also be responsible for organising the day to day activities of the Head of Property Services.
Your attention to detail and IT skills must be excellent, as well as being a strong team player and skilled communicator. It is essential you have significant experience of working within the housing sector and experience of analysing and interpreting statistical information to produce high level reports. The ability to think innovatively and create solutions is also key in this role.
The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential in this post.
