Full time
This role is one which really can help shape the lives of our learners though raising their awareness of the ‘next step' opportunities available to them. Working, predominantly with younger learners, on the whole range of programmes and apprenticeships, you'll provide advice and guidance, always with their best interests at heart. You will help to deliver an outstanding service of advice and guidance on internal progression, career pathways and employability, through a range of packages and face to face opportunities.

You'll also be able to build and maintain excellent working relationships with students, parents, internal and external colleagues. You will be part of a small evolving team who enjoy the respect of professionals, pupils and parents for their integrity and level of service. The role will require you to be able to work flexibly, including some evenings at college events.
