1269 Restaurant, Bar & Grill at The Crowne Plaza Hotel Gerrards Cross, is a new restaurant and bar dining destination specialising in livestock, butcher-style preparation with an extensive wine and whisky offering. We specialise in local livestock, game and butcher-style preparation using unique ingredients and curing and ageing its own fish and meat in the 1269 Glass Preparation Room. The restaurant also has a specially designed Josper Grill located in the dining area adding to the culinary experience.

We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager, we are looking for someone who is a leader - we won't change what you do as we don't want to change who you are, you must love hospitality, be crazy about coming to work and live the brand, go the extra mile to welcome customers and give them a dining experience not just a meal! Be mad about developing your team as your role will also involve training and motivating on both service and knowledge of the menu's and wine and ensuring the service runs smoothly, someone who is passionate about offering the very best in customer service and has a friendly outgoing persona to help guide and push this Restaurant forward.
