An established supplier to the construction industry is recruiting for a skilled Sales professional to join their growing Internal Sales team in Hemel Hempstead.
Your daily responsibilities will include -
The selling of building materials to new and existing accounts for various large-scale construction projects
Demonstrating product knowledge, offering advice and solutions to clients to maximise order value
Proactively identifying new sales opportunities
Developing business relations with new and existing clients
Handling and following up pricing enquiries
Processing high value orders for materials
Regular supplier liaison
Skills & Attributes required -
B2B Sales within the construction industry (ideal)
A proactive approach to managing client relations
A sound knowledge of building materials and the construction industry
A professional telephone manner and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Accurate order processing skills
An outgoing, personable and professional manner
Note - Whilst the position will primarily be office based, there will be opportunity to attend site visits.
