I am currently looking for brilliant sales professional for my client who is a new homes builder. These opportunities will be based in the East of Scotland so travel will be required between different sites.
What will you be doing?
* Meeting with customers on a daily basis to sell new homes
* Assessing customers needs to make an informed recommendation
* Confidently talking about different options/finishes available
* Up selling any extra touches and higher specification finishes
* Marketing homes within the local area, generating interest by using unique marketing tools
* Delivering exceptional customer service to each and every customer and really going the extra mile
* Travelling across sites within the East Scotland region to cover any absence and enable you to be trained as a fully self sufficient New Homes Sales Negotiator
* Selling the unique features and benefits of this clients homes against that of their rivals
* Investing time to ensure your know your market and locality as well as any competitor activity
What we are looking for:
* You must be well presented and an incredibly effective communicator
* Face to face sales experience is a must, along with a positive and outgoing disposition
* Demonstrable experience of putting the customer at the heart of everything you do
* Existing New Homes Sales experience is desirable but by no means essential
What's on offer:
* An excellent salary with fantastic bonus potential on top (Bonus is not paid during training)
* Working hours will be Thursday to Monday between 9am and 6pm
* Staff discounts after 1 year
Please note you must have a driving license and access to your own vehicle, mileage will be paid on to of your salary.
