Site Manager
No 1 SITE MANAGER - EDUCATION
CONTRACT - 12 MONTHS

GBP220 - GBP250 PER DAY
THE PROJECT
You're going to be working on a premium new build educational project through to full fit out.
The size of this project is GBP4m and will be a full turnkey project where you will be leading the team and responsible for all aspects of this scheme including;
the demolition of the existing building as well as the removal of asbestos on site.
THE ROLE:
As the Site Manager, you are going to be the number one point of contact for the client and as such need to be well presented with great stakeholder management skills and able to work with their suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the effective delivery of this project.
You will be a proactive leader in regards to the labour on site and have a coaching philosophy to develop the individuals working with you.
Day to day you will be responsible for managing all operational aspects of the site including the labour, plant and materials and logistics as well as being rigorous in your approach to health and safety practises on site.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You're the Site Manager I want to hear from if you have previous experience working on educational projects (Even more so if they are live sites). You should be polished in the way you present yourself and have a proactive approach to stakeholder management with the highest standards when it comes to health and safety.
REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE an SMSTS and a CSCS Black Card, First Aid as well as previous experience working on educational projects and it would be a bonus if you also had an IOSH/NCIQ ticket.
You will need to be experienced with all Microsoft suite packages especially word and excel.
