Great opportunity for a Lead Advisor with experience of balance sheets, financial analysis and Company valuation techniques to join a progressive international Company with great benefits including a generous car allowance and ote. The successful candidate may potentially come from Banking, Accountancy or Corporate Finance/M & A.
In this role you will be acting as a trusted advisor, where you will lead interactions between clients, prospective acquirers and other associated advisors. You will be leading the project team for a portfolio of active clients. You will be involved from initial stages in supporting the pitch team, jointly covering issues relating to valuations, research, insight, financial profiles and credential, attending and contributing to open days for potential clients. In addition you will facilitate smooth handovers between business managers and operations, ensuring milestones are met, deal structures, forecasting and advising clients on potential solutions and recommended options.
In addition to previous financial analysis and valuation techniques experience, the successful candidate also needs to demonstrate excellent negotiation skills and first class interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Any Accountancy training or specific Corporate Finance experience could also prove advantageous.
Please Note: Due to the unprecedented volume of response we are currently receiving, regrettably we are no longer able to respond to every application individually.
