LSF-PT is a PT centric business with an emphasis on support, development and progression for personal trainers.
We have the highest PT Penetration rates in the UK, with our top performing sites THREE TIMES HIGHER the UK average of 4%.
Our interview process is 2-3 stages and seeks the highest quality PT's, with our pass rate lying between 15-20%. This makes us the TOP 20% of Personal Trainers in the UK.
We have the UK's lowest attrition rate of 6%, in comparison to the 80% in other operators. This is because we create the optimal platform for a career in Personal Training.

This is specifically for PT's who are new to the industry or perhaps feel that they need additional support and time to build confidence.
