OEIC and Pooled Dealing Analyst

The purpose of the role is to assist with the dealing and accounting responsibilities within the OEIC & Pooled Dealing Team and the provision of an effective and efficient dealing service to its clients.

Some of the duties will include:

• Analyse payments received for OEIC & Unit Trust investments and settle appropriate sales contracts
• Chase outstanding debtors for settlement
• Identification of client money, calculation of client money requirements and process client money transfers
• Issue daily contract notes to clients and consultants
• Settle approved repurchase contracts and input payments for authorisation to Bankline
• Administration of client and fund deals in accordance with departmental and team standards and OEIC/Life Company regulations.
• General administrative duties including scanning and maintaining spreadsheets

To be considered for this role:

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Have obtained or willing to work towards the IOC qualification
• Experience within a fund administration or accounting environment
• Knowledge of pooled funds
