Location: First Project based in South Lincolnshire with secured projects following in Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire & North Derbyshire

ABOUT THE JOB:
Working as part of an established team of experts delivering regional highway schemes (projects from GBP5M-GBP25M), as Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be tasked with leading the cost control and overall commercial management of projects through full lifecycle delivery, your first project being a high-profile road development scheme, estimated value of GBP15M. With an anticipated site start date Summer 2017, you will hit the ground running and have autonomy from day one to run this project as your own. You will have the opportunity to show off your skills and attributes as a commercial specialist with prior experience on highway and civil engineering programmes, as well as have a guaranteed work load to get busy with plenty of projects in the region in the pipeline.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
This is lead and incremental position to the company which requires an individual with not only relevant knowledge and expertise but also drive and determination to ensure the projects are delivered to a success. It is essential that you are a Quantity Surveyor with an established background delivering sizeable projects under NEC form of contract (ideally GBP5m +) with some highway experience.
