Quantity Surveyor/Estimator - South East - Civil/Water Projects
(Candidates will ideally live in or near to; Guildford, Woking, Horsham or Redhill areas however candidates across the south west will be considered)
Salary:-
- Up to GBP50,000 depending on experience.

The Company:
A Civil Engineering contracting business with an annual circa GBP20 Million and are currently experiencing 10% year on year growth. They undertake civil/water/utilities projects. You will be working on project values in the region of GBP100k - GBP2m.
The Role:
Reporting to the UK Commercial Management team, you will have full commercial responsibility for projects within the South East area. This is a standalone role with no responsibility over other members of staff, however this is likely to change as the company grows and employs additional Quantity Surveyors or Estimators.
- Undertake quantity surveying work on water projects
- Monitor contract costs against budgets
- Provide estimates for new projects
- Manage all commercial elements of the work.
The Candidate:
- Ideally degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a QS or Estimator
- Experience working on Civil Engineering or Water projects
- Commercial and technical knowledge
- Capable of working in an autonomous environment and carry out a standalone QS role.
