Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS - Highways (Strategic Infrastructure for residential developments)
Location: Guildford, Surrey
Excellent Salary, Pension and cash benefits
If you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor and looking to gain more responsibility in major projects, within the Highways sector, you could be working on some of the most exciting (and challenging) projects in the industry.
Scope of work:
Pre & post contract services
Types of clients:
Highways England
Residential Development led infrastructure
Requirements:
* Typically RICS, APM and degree qualifications
* Contracts knowledge NEC3 and FIDIC
* Strong track record of managing strategic infrastructure related to residential/mixed use developments through detailed planning, procurement and delivery stages.
* Demonstrate successful delivery of medium to large infrastructure projects (GBP10m to GBP100m+) in the infrastructure sectors.
