Senior Quantity Surveyor or QS
Rail sector

If you are an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Rail sector experience, you could be working on some of the most exciting (and challenging) projects going with the Rail market currently.
We need people who are driven by a challenge, an individual who can help us find solutions when no one else can.
Come and join an already hugely successful commercial team, working alongside the client partner to provide Cost, Risk, Value Management and Preliminary Cost Estimates.
The type of work we are involved with includes:
* Independent Alliance Auditor for a 7 year, GBP1.2bn capital delivery programme to deliver major enhancements, upgrades and capacity enhancements.
* Concept Design and the associated estimates on a multi bn project.
* Providing GRIP 1-4 cost estimates for large redevelopment schemes.
* Provision of cost estimates including new build rail and connection to existing Rail track covering civils and tunnels construction, rail systems, stations, depots and rolling stock.
What we need?
We really need you to have exposure as a commercially focussed QS or commercial manager within the Rail sector.#
In addition, if you have expertise in administering high value, multi-disciplinary construction project work packages / contracts utilising forms of contract such as the NEC3 suite, this would be a HUGE benefit.
If you are RICS qualified or other relevant Chartered Institute would be an additional advantage also, but not essential.
