Sales Branch Assistant
WHY YOU WOULD WANT THIS ROLE?
An exciting opportunity has arisen at our branch in Cardiff, for a sales branch assistant to join our friendly, and busy team. This is an opportunity to really excel your sales skills, selling security and other high tech products face to face in a trade to trade environment, and over the phone to existing, and new customers.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience of selling. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, and delivering great customer service in a fast moving, and ever changing environment. We want someone who is comfortable speaking with our customer face to face, but also just as keen to pick up the phone too.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING EVERY DAY?
Taking part in company sales, and promotions activities
Working on our trade counter dealing with customer enquiries face to face.
To adhere to our best practices at all times
To promote and provide accurate product information at every opportunity
To cross sell and upsell across the business
Dealing with customer queries, and pricing information in a timely manner
Working our trades counter again to promote product information
WHAT SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS DO YOU NEED?
??Proven sales experience in particular, within a trades related environment
??A previous background within the trades industry is desired, but not essential
??Highly motivated, we are looking for proactive people
??Great telephone manner
??Strong team work ethic
??Sales/Targets motivated
WHAT'S IMPORTANT TO US?
Confidence to sell seamlessly over the telephone, and face to face
Excellent communication skills for interactions with team mates and cross functions
Inherent ability to inspire, motivate people through new and exciting targets
