Position: Education Recruitment Consultant
Location: Lincoln
Salary: Up to GBP30K + Commission + Benefits
Our client is a successful Education Recruitment Agency with a number of branches across the UK. We currently have an opportunity for a Primary Consultant to take over a warm desk in their Lincolnshire branch.
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience within the Education sector, to continue the success of the current Primary desk along with building a new client base across a network of schools.
Our client is still expanding throughout the UK, so now is an exciting time to join them for future career growth. Working with our client will allow the selected Recruitment Consultant to benefit from a fantastic company brand that people already have confidence in and trust. They also provide industry leading support which means they have extremely high staff retention across the board.
Requirements of the role:
- Education recruitment experience.
- Outgoing sales calls to various education settings.
- Interviewing education professionals.
- Maintaining a database of schools and teachers etc.
- Working towards reasonable targets.
- Writing job descriptions and monitoring applicants.
- You must be well organised.
- Visiting education settings.
- Full Driving Licence.
