Your Recruitment Partner are working on an exciting role with a successful Recruitment Consultancy. Due to expansion, we currently have an opportunity for IT Recruitment Consultants to join their team in Northampton.
We are looking for Consultants with experience within the IT sector, to continue the branches' current success along with building a new network of clients and candidates.
Our client is still expanding all their branches, so now is an exciting time to join them for future career growth. Requirements of the role:
- IT Recruitment experience.
- Outgoing sales calls to various IT settings.
- Interviewing IT professionals.
- Maintaining a database of clients and candidates.
- Working towards reasonable targets.
- Writing job descriptions and monitoring applicants.
- You must be well organised.
- Full Driving Licence.
