Accounts & Support Assistant - Grimsby
The role of Accounts & Support Assistant:
- Undertake admin and finance duties as directed by the senior accounts staff. For example the checking of invoices and inputting on SAGE.
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Organising of dispatch and transport, link to orders and POP as required
- Petty cash – undertake in line with the Company requirements.
- Manage stationery and purchasing for the site.
- Confidentiality is required for this role as you will have access to materials and scanning duties, as we move towards a paperless environment.
- Managing communications on site for example the TV screen and Toolbox Talks.
- To be the first point of call with reception telephone enquiries.
- Support the Accounts team with the Accounts Email and distribution of post.
