The Role - Graduate Internal Business Development Manager (International)
Our graduate sales positions give you access to some of the very best sales aids in the industry making your sales process easier. This is coupled by one of the best basic and commission structures around and a full on-going sales training programme.
This is a fast paced and exciting graduate role where you will be given responsibility for developing new business. You will be managing your own activity, qualifying and developing new opportunities.
Using a dynamic and consultative approach you will drive opportunities from qualification to close and actively create new sales opportunities through business development.
The ideal candidates will be bright, energetic and engaging university graduates who are seeking an exciting role with excellent career progression. In return we can offer you high earnings and a training programme that will set you up for a successful and rewarding career.
Success in this role over the next 12 - 18 months could ultimately lead to progression to an International Sales Management position.

- Educated to degree level
- Essential - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Drive and ambition with the desire to succeed
- Professional and mature attitude
- Personable with excellent interpersonal skills
- A strong commercial awareness
- Strong organisational skills
- IT Literate
- Full, preferably clean, UK driving license required.
