Senior Service Advisor required for rare opportunity in Lowestoft
Approximately GBP19-22,000 DOE + Bonus. GBP23-26k OTE

If you are craving the next step on the Aftersales ladder, within the franchised Automotive industry, then this opportunity could be just what you're looking for.
My client is one of the worlds most recognised brands and a rare opportunity has arisen to join their Aftersales team in a Senior capacity. The successful candidate will have already built a career within a Dealership environment and will be fully conversant with all aspects of the role.
You should be an exceptional people person, with a great personality and a very level head. The department is very busy, but you'll need to stay focussed and make the Customer your number 1 priority. You will be immaculately presented, have an eye for detail and the desire to go the extra mile to provide the level of service expected by this market-leading brand. You will be a natural leader and mentor.
You will be responsible for welcoming customers into the Aftersales department, discussing their needs and making bookings for servicing and repairs. All the time mindful of potential opportunities to discuss the fantastic Aftersales options available to them. You will be a great team leader, assisting with workshop loading, schedule planning and placing follow-up calls.
A full driving licence is essential for this role as is experience of working with an Automotive DMS such as Kerridge.
