Connex Education is looking for a KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work with us in a number of local Macclesfield primary schools on a day to day basis!
We are seeking a candidate who can adapt well to new environments, meeting the varying learning needs of children across a range of schools. The successful applicant will be responsible for working closely with pupils with SEN including ASD, EBD, and MLD so a good understanding of effective SEN support is essential. In addition to this, strong communication and relationship building skills are highly valuable as the majority of work will be with small groups or on a 1:1 basis.
As this is a flexible day to day role, the successful KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant will be able to manage their work-life balance by taking placements that fit around their existing schedules. We provide our candidates with a range of benefits including free online training and ongoing support from a consultant as well as paying a consistently competitive rate of pay.
If you're qualified as an SEN Teaching Assistant to Level 2 or above and have at least 6 months of previous experience in primary education, apply with Connex Education today for this Macclesfield based position!
Connex Education is a high quality, service-led education supply agency which puts its people - not its profit - first. We concentrate on finding the right people, with the right skills and attitudes, for our schools. We hand-pick our staff, put them on our own payroll, and give them the same dedicated attention and support that we give our schools. Looking after people is central to our business: it's what has earned us our excellent reputation
