Senior Network Engineer - Doncaster - GBP50,000-GBP55,000
A market leading aerospace, defence and security client are looking to add a number of Senior Network Engineers to their U.K team. You will be responsible for the day to day management, maintenance, fault resolution and development of internal and external network infrastructures.
The Role
The successful candidate will be immersed in an exciting and fast paced environment where you will be responsible the operation of the core networks. You will be required to design, lead and implement the projects at an enterprise level. As such you will need to follow the incident management processes and comply with the service level agreements. You will need to resolve Incidents at all levels, whilst also identifying service inadequacies and contribute to Improvement Plans.
Skills and Exposure: Solid exposure in network design, operation and support and security principles. Knowledge and exposure deploying Secure LAN, WAN and perimeter network security technologies. Application-layer gateways and appliances. Some of the following; Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNA or CCNP), Palo Alto (PCNSE), F5 GTM/LTM, VMware (VCP)The Company
