The Role

  • Generate, manage and close new business opportunities and manage customer relationships within our Small Business segment
  • Managing complex sales-cycles and presenting the value of our applications to C-level executives
  • Achieve bookings targets whilst developing satisfied and referenceable customers
  • Demonstrating our product via the web
  • Maintaining relationships with customers and upselling new products
  • Achieve & exceed monthly sales quota


Required Skills / Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of carrying a quota with technology based sales experience
  • Track record of over achieving quota
  • Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner
  • Direct New Business sales experience, ideally in business applications such as Accounting, PSA and HCM
  • Graduate calibre
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the salesforce.com platform and ecosystem
