Procurement Commercial Manager

My client is looking for a Procurement Commercial Manager to work in their Long Term Sourcing Function... The primary functions for this position is to shape the firm's commercial strategy for the forthcoming procurement and create the key supplier facing documentation during market warming. Additionally, you will be required to draft and maintain the commercial schedules of the contracts during the procurement process. You will also be preparing the documentation for commercial negotiations with suppliers - so experience of commercial negotiating would be beneficial. The most important previous experience is expertise and knowledge of large government/public sector contracts and a good understanding of contract law will set you apart from other candidates.
