It's an incredibly exciting time to work for Progress Housing Group. We have ambitious plans to develop more than 1,000 new homes over the next five years and in order to deliver this programme we are looking to recruit a Development Officer to support the development team. Reporting to the Head of Development this role will be integral in delivering the Group's growth ambitions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual on a full time, permanent basis who is keen to learn and become involved in all aspects of the development process. Progress Housing Group prides itself in continuing to develop a wide range of products for our customers including supported housing, keyworker accommodation and affordable rented homes. Experience of working with a development team is essential

Operating mainly in Lancashire but delivering supported living services nationally as well as delivering and managing keyworker accommodation in Lincolnshire, the Group now employs c.500 people.
