A successful and growing company in the Crewkerne area are growing and looking to recruit 4 Machine Setters.

1 x Grinding/Honing Setter/Operator
Setting/operating various grinding machines and automatic/manual honing machines

1 x Hard Turn Setter/Operator
Setting/operating Hardinge hard turn machines that are Fanuc control

1 x General Machine Setter/Operator
Setting/operating a variety of turning and grinding machines with flexibility to move to different machines.

1 x CNC Machine Centre Setter/Operator
Rudimentary knowledge of Fanuc 11m/16i and 18m controls and understand the use of Fanuc Macro 'B' method (low level)

The ideal candidate will be focused on safety, Team player, flexible, working on own initiative, responsible for quality.
Working with a variation of high to low volume.
Experience with team improvement processes would be a bonus
Ability to read 1st angle and 3rd angle projection drawings.
Capable in using measuring/gauging equipment.
