Customer Representative
Potential Start date 05th June. Assessment Dates 20th & 27th April.
Leeds Building Society is looking for a Customer Representative to join our Customer Support department, based at our Cobalt Office just 10 minutes from the vibrant city of Newcastle.
About the role
- Working with customers you will be their first point of contact with Leeds Building Society. You will be trained to have an expert knowledge of one of the business' core functions, helping customers to buy their homes or grow their savings.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. (Inc. Maths & English).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-honed interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking skills. Can demonstrate the ability to make viable decisions whilst working under pressure, maintaining speed and accuracy.
- Computer literate.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- An understanding of lending criteria, the mortgage process or of investments would be desirable
