Location: South West England

We are currently looking to recruit a Veterinary Sales Executive to work for a specialist family owned business.

Due to expansion the Veterinary Sales Executive will be covering South west England- Bristol to Devon. This client is one of the UK's most reputable distributors of Veterinary equipment. The product list contains over 6500 products from small animal feed, through to Clothing and Operating Tables. This distributor also offers it client hire or purchase agreements on Equipment.

The Field Sales Executive/Account Manager will receive a basic salary of up to GBP28000, company car, fuel card, laptop, I Pad + bonus potential of between GBP10000-GBP20000.

We are ideally looking for a sales focused individual with Veterinary knowledge and experience. Previous candidates that have been successful in the role, have come from Nursing and Support Staff within Veterinary outlets. Our client will be provide full training on Sales and Product knowledge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new clients through effective business development.

This will include cold calling, networking, successful marketing through email correspondence and employing a direct sales approach to winning new business. The role will focusing around new business development as well retaining and growing existing accounts.

A key part to this role will include presentations to existing and new clients and attending Trade Shows. We are particularly interested to hear from experienced Medical Equipment Sales Specialist, with a Technical background/knowledge.

Skills and Experience Required for the Veterinary Sales Executive
- Previous experience working within the Veterinary Sector
- Target and Customer focused
- Sales Driven, who can demonstrate examples of Sales Achievements and exceeding Targets
- High level of IT literacy, including an excellent knowledge of Excel.
- High Standard of Education, ideally educated to Degree Standard
- 1st class Customer Service Skills
- Full UK License with 0 more than 6 points
