A new vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant/Graduate Trainee with Gloucestershire-based firm specializing in Engineering & Technology recruitment. Located on the outskirts of Cirencester, the company has been established for over 10yrs and has clients at both corporate and SME level across the UK.
Candidates should ideally be proven recruitment/sales professionals with experience developing business in UK Engineering or Technology markets, and a good practical understanding of the technical requirements for recruiting staff (or working) in these sectors. Although a recruitment/sales background is preferred, graduate applicants without this kind of experience may also be considered providing they can demonstrate strong commercial aptitude and good potential.
As a consultant at the company you will need to be intelligent, articulate and likeable, with a desire to challenge yourself in what are very competitive markets.
