Working for one of the UK's leading Facilities Management / Building Services Maintenance Engineering companies. They currently turnover in excess of GBP400m and employ over 1,500 people throughout the UK. They specialise in building and facilities maintenance and can offer real job stability and clear career progression.

The company specialises in offering maintenance contracts on large commercial buildings. They look after the air conditioning, gas and electrical supplies of these buildings. You will be based in a manufacturing plant based in Burnley.

The client is looking for someone with a high level of organisational skills who may have already of worked in a Contract Support or helpdesk type role within the facilities management, building maintenance or similar industry.

You will be responsible for tasks such as;

Staff communication and information management
Telephone management
Processing work orders
Raising purchase orders
Raising invoices
Sub-Contractor liaison
Planning & Despatching
Helpdesk management
Co-ordinating maintenance activities
Answering the telephone
Meeting and greeting visitors
Supporting the Facilities team as required
