Property Facilities Co-Ordinator

We have a new exciting opportunity at Living Ventures for an enthusiastic and motivated Property Facilities Co-Ordinator to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Knutsford, Cheshire. The successful candidate will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum depending on experience plus excellent benefits.

About the Property Facilities Co-Ordinator role

This position will be 30% office based (1 -2 days at Head Office) and 70% field based and will require a flexible approach due to the nature of the business.

Working directly under the supervision of the Head of Property this is an excellent opportunity to join a company with huge expansion plans over the next 5 years

What we’re looking for in our Property Facilities Co-Ordinator

You should have a strong Facilities / Property background and will be experienced in remedying reactive maintenance issues, Statutory/PPM planning and small-work projects.

Candidates should also have strong knowledge of current Building Regulations and H&S legislation.  Leisure sector experienced would be very beneficial.

As our Property Facilities Co-Ordinator you must also be pro-active, self-motivating and have good inter-personal / communication skills as they will be interacting on a daily basis with a variety of individuals from Contractors, Operations to Legislative bodies and beyond.
