As a Customer Service Executive you will be working on the telephone, within a friendly office environment. You will be responsible for managing the customer experience for their +1,000 UK charity customers and website users.
You will have an excellent opportunity to influence and develop the customer service experience, allowing you to make your mark and progress your career within the company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring overall customer satisfaction
- Replying to customer enquiries via ticket system
- Answering incoming customer enquiries over the phone
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Solving customer issues/complaints
- Customer aftercare follow-up
- Obtaining customer feedback and reviews
- Office administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (ideally within an online business or within a technical support team)
- High IT literacy
- Exceptional problem-solver
- Refined communication skills and telephone manner
- Highly customer focused and professional
- Keen to work within close-knit team
- Experience working with a CRM database
- Basic knowledge of HTML (preferred, but not essential)
Benefits:
- £18,000 basic salary
- £50 on your birthday (after three months service)
