M+E Supervisor -- 40k -- Southend
One of the UK's leading Research and Development companies are seeking a M+E Supervisor to take ownership of their site in Essex.
We are looking for an experienced M+E Supervisor with experience in hands on maintenance (Elec/Mech Bias) for a Permanent position to complete maintenance tasks and minor repairs to building fabric and services:
* Lighting - general, specialist and emergency back up
* Filter changes AHUs / FCUs
* Wiring
* Testing + Inspecting - fixed wire and PAT
* Alarm systems - fire, nurse call etc
* Taps, Showers etc
* General Electrical Maintenance
Qualifications and Experience:
* City and Guilds or NVQ electrical qualifications
* 17th edition
* Testing + Inspecting (2391 / 2394 )
* City & Guilds / NVQ Plumbing or Mechanical Engineering
