Salary c £45,000pa
Croft Medical Centre is a friendly and forward-thinking GP practice with 11,000 patients and a growing list size. The practice has an excellent reputation for innovation and has recently moved to new state-of-the-art premises with space for expansion and hosting other services. The partners are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced manager with excellent people-management, communication and organisational skills. Candidates must have a proven track record in HR, financial management, IT and operating systems. A background in healthcare would be an advantage, but is not essential.
