Digital Project Lead

We are recruiting for a fixed term Digital Project Lead to manage a tender process and implementation of a new CRM system for the Association.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the process and functions within the CRM system reflect the needs of the users, Members and the Association.  They will also manage a review and revision of the website. When appointed, they will lead and coordinate on the development of the project and oversee the implementation and the migration of data from the current system to the new system.  The successful candidate will also see the system go live and support staff during the migration and post implementation phase.

We’re looking for someone who has a proven track record in delivering similar projects with:-

Experience of CRM development 

Experience of web projects

Excellent communication skills 

Experience of CRM on multiple platforms 

Experience of requirement specification, tendering and contract management

Experience of data migration
