A respected regional building contactor with a rich history of delivering new build and refurbishment projects across a wide range of sectors is searching for a Pre Construction Manager. 
 
They undertake projects up to the value of 15 Million across Public and Private sectors including, Offices, Universities, Private Schools and high end Residential. Forms of contact included JCT and NEC (D&B and Traditional)

Responsibilities & Requirements 
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for managing the bid and pre-construction activities on a wide variety of schemes. 
This exciting new position within the business follows a decision to take the onus for bid management away from the Contracts Managers and focus more specifically through a key point of contact. 
You will take charge from initial enquiry and be the client contact on Traditional and 2-stage bids, managing and pulling together the pre-construction elements, working closely with the Managing Director and ensuring high quality, professional submissions are achieved. 
This role would suit someone already performing the Bid Manager / Pre-Construction / Chief Estimator / Senior Estimator who is looking for a new opportunity to implement standards and systems.
