Continuous Improvement Manager / Operational Excellence Manager - £50,000-£60,000 + Excellent Benefits (bonus, pension, car)- Financial Services
Role Purpose
To support and manage the delivery of Operational Excellence , working with the business areas to identify, analyse and implement Lean Six Sigma (LSS) improvement opportunities to manage cost savings and drive efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
* Identify, analyse and implement improvement opportunities, collaborating with the business areas, to form a strong and effective OpEx team dynamic
* Strong management of continuous improvement / business improvement teams - This is KEY
* Facilitate and manage improvement deliveries in line with the Op Ex strategy, using the right LSS tools, thinking and methodologies
* Develop and implement effective Visual Management solutions
* Produce data and metrics, to provide visibility to track and evidence savings which will support benefit realisation
* Develop & implement standard to ensure compliance with company and other relevant standards/regulations at all times
* Drive cultural change across the business to live and breathe operational excellence - shpw the benefit.
Job Specific Competencies:
* Formal Lean qualification / certification (Green Belt/ Black Belt)
* Demonstrable experience of identifying and implementing improvement opportunities across back and front office operations
* Programme or Workstream lead in previous Lean SS projects
