FT2883 - General Manager
FINTEC recruit is seeking a Restaurant /General Manager for our client in the hospitality sector. This role is based in Jersey in a popular and busy vibrant bar and restaurant. Salary is £35k to £40k, accommodation available. Interviews will be held in the UK.
Responsibilities of the Restaurant General Manager position:
- Operational day to day running of the restaurant and bar areas
- To oversee staffing and budgets associated with the running costs of a busy restaurant venue
Skills and Experience required:
- Proven background in running busy Restaurants in a relaxed yet highly professional manner
- Experience in a 3* plus restuarant
- Strong people management skills with a lead from the front style
- Passionate and highly service driven with excellent attention to detail
