More about the role

This is an exciting opportunity to work within the brand team on internal communications and marketing activity. The role is hugely important within the function; although small, we are responsible for ensuring our people are informed, motivated and excited about AO’s culture and values. This role is responsible for managing communications, both internally and externally.

You will help define, develop and execute marketing programmes in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. You will deliver innovative and creative, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, consideration and direct response to employer brand activity.

You’ll be a naturally confident communicator, able to deliver an engaging story to both internal and external audiences with the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the detail. A can do attitude is hugely important!

Here's what you can expect to be doing

- Help to create and deliver communications and brand building activity both internally and externally (must be able to travel across sites)

- Work alongside other departments to help shape / create / manage plans

- Shape and execute ongoing internal activity delivering on objectives for Britain’s Got Talent.

- Support the team with general administration tasks that help deliver the overall strategy

A few things about you

- Experienced of creative writing / social media / blogging and html

- Solid marketing communications background

- Experience of delivering a marketing campaign from brief to execution

- Passion for building a market leading brand
