Retail Showroom Advisor
Nationwide Placements UK is currently seeking 2 Retail Showroom Advisor's to join a leading retail client.
Due to our client ongoing success they are rapidly expanding and they are now looking for 2 individuals to join their dynamic showroom team.
To be successful in this role you will have experience of providing excellent customer service within a retail environment and are passionate about joining a company that can offer a friendly environment for its customers and staff.
As a Retail Showroom Advisor duties are as follows:
- Achieving/exceeding in store KPIs/targets put in place by up-selling and cross selling
- Handling incoming retail enquiries over the telephone
- Greeting customers in a friendly manner at all times and able to build rapport with repeat customers.
- Dealing with customer emails relating to retail enquires
- General Administration to include invoice checking, ordering product and liaising with the delivery team and manufacturers managing the stock levels by replenishing and organising items on the shop floor on a daily basis.
- Cash handling
- Stock checking
The successful Retail Showroom Advisor will have:-
- Former retail sales experience, preferably within a showroom environment
- First rate verbal/written communication skills
- Experience of delivering an exceptional customer service
- Be a team player, with the ability to also function independentely.
- A self-motivated attitude
- A flexible approach, undertaking additional tasks when requested.
