We are currently looking for Japanese Speaking Customer Service Administrators to work in Gloucester.
Working in a fast paced office environment as part of a small customer service team the role will involve responding to customer queries. Most queries come in via email although there may be the occasional telephone call.
You will must be flexible with your working hours between Mon - Saturday.
You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to use MS Outlook and construct well written emails. You will also need initiative to deal with questions as they arise.
Previous office experience is not always essential however you will be able to display strong customer service skills and a bubbly, confident personality. You will need to be able to communicate professionally with people at all levels.
