Providing outstanding levels of customer service is key to our business success and we are currently recruiting for Sales Executives to join the ARC programme in our Mercedes-Benz dealership in Bedford.

The Accelerated Retail Competence programme is a comprehensive 6 month 'on the job' development programme. You will gain a thorough knowledge of the workings of a prestige car dealership, initially gaining experience by working in all aspects of the sales operation. You will then focus on the sales executive role in more detail. We will provide you with coaching support and feedback through regular reviews.

This is a permanent position as after the successful completion of the programme you will be a fully-fledged sales executive.

Essential Requirements:

This is a customer facing role within our Sales Departments; you will need to possess an appetite for learning and a commitment to being a positive team player. You could be a graduate or have equivalent work experience; some retail experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Please note that due to our insurance requirements and the nature of this role a full driving licence is essential.
