PA/ Senior Administrator - Financial Services

GBP15,000 - GBP20,000 per annum + excellent benefits

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant/ Senior Administrator to join our client within the Financial Services sector.
The key objective of this role is to support one of the advisors within the team with the effective management of their workload. This will include:
* Speaking to external companies, chasing for information and documentation that is vital to the business.
* Liaising with clients, requesting information and taking messages.
* Updating Excel spreadsheets with important workflow information.
* Taking calls on behalf of the advisor and dealing with appropriately.
* Typing of confidential correspondence.
* Dealing with incoming post, distributing as needed or dealing with queries as a result of the mail.
* Attending meetings, including minute taking and documented as appropriate.
There is also an opportunity to gain industry recognised qualifications and be rewarded for this.
Person Specifications
* Confident working knowledge of all MS applications- Word, Excel and Outlook
* Excellent work ethic and ability to work in a busy and ever changing environment
* Highly organised
* Excellent time management skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Motivated and determined
