More about the role

As a project coordinator you will have the chance to be involved in some of the most exciting and important projects ao has to offer. Working closely with developers, UAT and design, you will assist the project manager on ensuring all projects are delivered on time and as briefed. As ao continues in its mission to be the best electrical retailer in Europe, the project management team will play a pivotal role in delivering key projects by ensuring all teams are aligned.

This role will see you working in a fast paced environment where no day is the same as the last. Reporting into the product owner, you will assist in the day to day running of a wide range of projects.

Here's what you can expect to be doing

- Assisting in all aspects of a wide range of projects where required

- Supporting manager in ensure key project plans, deadlines and update reports are communicated to a wide range of stakeholders from various departments

- Preparing tasks and organising product backlog

- Organising and assisting in project meetings and workshops

- Liaising daily with key stakeholders to build strong relationships, a deep business understanding and to ensure project remains on track

- Flagging and assessing potential risks
