Performance Analyst

As a Performance Analyst you will be supporting the Head of Commercial Performance, the commercial team and stakeholders across Wholesale Operations. You will be providing insightful analysis and summaries of operational data to support accurate and timely decision making. If you're good you will be able to make sure all business critical information, analysis and support is provided to Management Teams and other stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. It is also important that you monitor internal targets and KPIs, trends and recommendations are highlighted presented to the team in an appropriate way and regular feedback given. To be successful you will have the ability to learn and utilise workflow and other business management systems (WMIS, Insight and Maximo). You will have to have a genuine interest in developing your business systems knowledge and skills to become a subject matter expert in Excel and Business Objects. To join the team, you need to have experience in helping others and solving problems. It doesn't have to have been in a traditional customer relations role, we have a butcher, baker and candlestick maker (insert real people here!) in our ranks.
