Experienced Retail Manager - Menswear
Concession within Boundary Mill Stores Walsall
Salary: £17,500 plus weekly commission
Our client is a leading menswear retailer who is looking for an experienced Retail Manager in menswear/fashion for their concession based within Boundary Mill Stores Junction 10 Retail Centre Bentley Mill Way Walsall WS2 0LE
The successful applicant must have managerial / supervisory experience as duties will include managing the concession and team, sales and service, merchandising stock and presentation. You will be given training on all their stock, which will give you more confidence in selling their products to potential customers. However previous managerial/ supervisory experience in Menswear Retail is essential. Good merchandising skills would also be an advantage.
Hours of work will be in a varied shift pattern minimum 40 hours per week, between the following store opening hours: Monday to Saturday 10 am to 8pm, and Sunday 10am to 5pm. You will be responsible for organising the department rota, so more hours may be required from time to time to cover staff shortages eg: covering holidays and busy periods.
